Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within **2-7 business days** before being shipped. Shipping times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns **within 30 days** of delivery. Items must be **unused, in original condition, and in original packaging**. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled **within 12 hours** of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a replacement or refund.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
